UAE National Day 2025 Global Village Guide

UAE National Day 2025 Global Village celebrations bring residents and tourists a full weekend of free entertainment during Eid Al Etihad, with fireworks, drone shows, cultural performances and heritage experiences included in the entry ticket. Visitors can enjoy three nights of sky shows, immersive Emirati traditions and family friendly attractions while exploring one of Dubai’s most popular seasonal destinations.

Global Village will host nightly fireworks from December 1 to 3 at 9pm, painting the skyline in the colours of the UAE flag. On December 1 and 2, a themed drone show follows the fireworks, using choreographed lights and graphics to tell the story of the nation’s journey. These combined displays create one of the most photographed highlights of UAE National Day 2025 Global Village festivities.

Shows, dances and cultural highlights

The main stage presents a special dance operetta titled “From the Desert to the Stars,” performed twice daily across the long weekend. The production blends music, choreography and visual effects to celebrate the UAE’s achievements. Traditional Harbiya dance performances also take place on December 1 and 2 at locations including Arabian Square, Happiness Street and the main stage, adding an authentic cultural rhythm to the evening.

The UAE Pavilion is a central stop for anyone visiting during UAE National Day 2025 Global Village events. Its design features wind towers, golden coffee pots, camels and a dhow inspired façade that reflects Emirati heritage. Inside, guests can watch artisans at work, sample Emirati cuisine and walk through the Heritage Village, while ten cultural installations across the park offer photo spots and storytelling plaques explaining local customs.

Gardens, parades and upgraded attractions

The new Gardens of the World stretch between the Egypt and Iran Pavilions, showcasing themed landscaping, flowers and international landmarks ideal for evening walks. Families can also catch the 30 Seasons of Wonders Parade, which appears several times a week after Maghreb prayer with two shows per day, featuring performers, floats and music inspired by three decades of Global Village.

Dragon Lake now holds a Guinness World Record thanks to its giant underwater screen, which has been upgraded with lasers, fire effects and animated content to accompany scheduled shows. In front of the main stage, a dedicated light show combines LED projections, festoon lights and music, transforming the central area into a photogenic hub during UAE National Day 2025 Global Village celebrations.
