The National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has issued a yellow and amber weather alert warning residents of rough sea conditions and strong northwesterly winds UAE rough sea and dust storm alert September 2025. Mariners are advised to avoid offshore navigation due to wave heights expected to reach up to 9 feet, lasting through the afternoon of September 25th.
Winds sustained at 50 km/h will cause very rough to rough seas offshore, making maritime activities hazardous.
Dust storms expected, especially over eastern and northern areas, reducing visibility on roads and outdoors.
Drivers should exercise caution due to limited visibility; allergy sufferers are advised to take protective measures.
Temperatures will remain warm, with highs up to 37°C and lows down to 21°C in Ras Al Khaimah.
Residents and visitors are urged to stay updated with official weather bulletins and prepare accordingly for these challenging conditions.
