FIVE Holdings credit facility expansion marks a major milestone as the Dubai hospitality leader secures a $460 million credit line to fuel growth in the US and Asian markets. Following its early repayment of a $350 million green bond, FIVE Holdings is poised with over $300 million in available cash to invest $500 million over the next two years for global market expansion.

Chairman and CEO Kabir Mulchandani highlighted the unwavering support from leading global banks, reflecting confidence in FIVE’s vision and financial strength. The company reported a 28% revenue jump to $589 million in 2024 from $462 million in 2023, with EBITDA climbing 17% to $208 million.

Dubai operations continue to thrive, driving revenue growth with hotel earnings reaching $177 million in H1 2025, a 24% increase year-on-year. Dubai hotels maintained 85% occupancy with an impressive $310 revenue per available room.

FIVE’s acquisition of Ibiza’s renowned Pacha Group for €302.5 million in 2023 fuels its success further, with Pacha generating €43.2 million in H1 2025 revenue, a 14% rise, and EBITDA up 26% to €13.1 million. The Pacha Nightclub hosted 64 events in Q2 attracting 222,018 guests—a 25% increase from last year—while the Pacha Hotel achieved 87% occupancy with a remarkable 76% revenue per room boost.

FIVE Holdings’ pioneering ‘Vibe at FIVE’ concept blends dining, nightlife, and live events, anticipating the evolving trend toward experiential hospitality. Mulchandani noted, “This isn’t just a trend; it’s the future of global tourism,” crediting the company’s success to its strategic innovation since 2018.

With a diversified portfolio spanning hotels, real estate, nightlife, and fashion, and assets valued at over Dh12 billion across Dubai, Switzerland, and Spain, FIVE Holdings is set to redefine hospitality standards in new markets globally.
