Artificial Intelligence Specialist Visa:
Granted to specialists in AI and technology for single or multiple entry, this visa requires sponsorship from a licensed tech establishment.
Entertainment Visa:
Issued for short-term visits by foreign entertainers or performers coming to the UAE for leisure or professional purposes.
Event Visa:
Designed for attendees of cultural, economic, sports, religious, community, and educational events such as festivals, exhibitions, conferences, and seminars. Sponsors must provide a formal invitation detailing event duration.
Cruise Ship and Leisure Boat Visa:
A multiple-entry visa for tourists visiting via cruise ships or leisure boats. The visa requires a travel itinerary and sponsorship from a licensed cruise or leisure operator.
Applicants typically need a sponsor or host aligned with their visa type—whether a technology company, event organiser, public/private sector entity, or licensed leisure operator. Applications are processed through the ICP portal.
These new visas complement the UAE’s 2022 job seeker and business exploration visas while tightening conditions for financial solvency and professional activity evidence.
