Free Breast Cancer Screenings in UAE

In observance of Pink October, the Pink Caravan, an initiative by the Friends of Cancer Patients (FOCP), has launched its annual campaign to provide free breast cancer screenings across the UAE. This initiative aims to raise awareness about the importance of early detection and to make screening services accessible to all.

The campaign features eight fixed clinics located in key areas including Sharjah, Khorfakkan, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. All clinics will operate daily throughout October, generally running from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm, except the clinic at Khorfakkan Hospital, which will be open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The Pink Caravan encourages all residents to take advantage of this opportunity for free breast cancer screenings. Early detection is crucial in the fight against breast cancer, and this initiative aims to empower individuals with the knowledge and resources they need to take charge of their health.
