Dubai’s luxury dining scene reached dazzling new heights as Atlantis The Royal welcomed the legendary Italian-American restaurant Carbone, marking its official launch on October 6, 2025. The event attracted a constellation of international supermodels including Naomi Campbell, Winnie Harlow, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Romee Strijd, who transformed the entrance into a runway of glitz and glamour. Adding to the star power were music sensation Central Cee, actresses Iris Law and Kat Graham, alongside prominent Middle Eastern celebrities like Mona Zaki, Mona Kattan, Joelle Mardinian, Ahmed Helmy, and Lojain Omran, showcasing the compelling blend of global and regional stars.
