UAE residents pay ICP fees in instalments option has been introduced by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security (ICP) to provide flexible payment solutions. Launched during GITEX Global 2025 under the initiative “The Authority at Your Service,” the plan enables residents to split ICP service fees into affordable, zero-interest instalments using credit cards from 10 participating local banks.
The instalment plan applies to transactions of Dh500 or above, with flexible repayment periods ranging from three to twelve months based on customer preference and agreements between ICP and individual banks. Users can request the plan through bank contact centers or services directly available to Visa cardholders.
Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, ICP Director General, noted that this initiative aligns with the UAE’s Year of the Community 2025 goals by easing financial burdens and enhancing the customer experience through innovative digital services. Acting Director General for Support Services, Major General Ahmed Mayouf Al Amri, added that the instalment system sets new standards for efficiency in public service financial transactions.
