Zoho Corporation, a global technology leader, has revealed a remarkable compound annual growth rate (CAGR) exceeding 50% over the past seven years in the Middle East and Africa (MEA), cementing its position as one of the region’s fastest-growing enterprise software providers. This milestone was highlighted at GITEX Global 2025, where Zoho showcased its expanding suite of AI-powered enterprise solutions and localisation initiatives tailored for the UAE and broader MEA markets.

At GITEX 2025, Zoho unveiled advancements in Zia LLM—its proprietary large language model—and enhanced Agentic AI tools. These technologies assist enterprises and SMEs in modernising legacy systems, accelerating digital transformation, and improving operational efficiency. Flagship products like Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Payroll now include region-specific integrations with UAE banks and payroll systems, reflecting Zoho’s commitment to local market needs.

Hyther Nizam, President of Zoho MEA, emphasized the UAE as the company’s top-performing market. He noted that customers increasingly adopt Zoho’s enterprise-grade AI to build secure, cost-effective, and highly localised digital ecosystems aligned with their growth ambitions. Zoho’s approach to AI prioritizes responsible innovation—focusing on energy-efficient models, data privacy, and customer consent—resonating with the UAE’s vision for sustainable, future-ready digital economies.
