Automated Multi-Storey Parking Facilities

Dubai’s Parkin launches plan to add five fully automated multi-storey parking facilities across Dubai within the next two years. These smart car parks will feature state-of-the-art automation, EV charging points, and seamless integrated payment technology, offering a modern, cashless, and barrier-free parking experience for drivers.

Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, CEO of Parkin, revealed the new facilities will be strategically placed in high-traffic business districts to meet growing demand for efficient and structured parking. The company aims for a hassle-free experience where users can park, pay automatically via linked wallets or the Parkin app, and leave swiftly without manual interference or paper tickets.

By the end of 2025, all off-street and multi-storey parking in Dubai will operate under this fully cashless, open-flow system. Parkin’s investment in AI inspection systems and real-time digital integration with Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority supports this innovative approach.

The company’s dynamic pricing model is already easing congestion, improving traffic flow by nine percent in busy locations. Parkin also partners with private and government stakeholders to standardize parking across malls, mosques, and mixed-use communities, strengthening Dubai’s position as a leader in smart urban mobility.
