The Dubai Ride 2025 returns this November, transforming Sheikh Zayed Road and other city landmarks into a massive cycling track for thousands of riders. The annual community fitness event, part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, is open to residents and visitors of all ages and skill levels.
Participants can register online to join one of two routes: the 12km Sheikh Zayed Road loop, designed for experienced cyclists, or the 4km family-friendly route through Downtown Dubai, offering views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall.
The event will begin early morning, with road closures implemented from around 4am to 9am. Cyclists are encouraged to arrive early to collect wristbands and safety gear. Helmets are mandatory for all participants.
To encourage wider participation, Careem will offer free bike rentals on the day using a special promo code (DR25). Thousands of rental bikes will be available at key stations around the city, including Business Bay, DIFC, and Downtown Dubai.
Organizers are advising participants to stay hydrated, use sunscreen, and follow route marshals for safety. Dubai Ride 2025 aims to promote healthy living and sustainability while uniting the community in an active, fun, and scenic event.
