Relaam Expands UAE Portfolio into Dubai and GCC with 15% Growth Target by 2026

Relaam is accelerating its expansion beyond Abu Dhabi, aiming for a 15% portfolio growth by 2026 as it extends operations into Dubai, the Northern Emirates, and eventually the broader GCC and international markets. Formerly known as Abu Dhabi Commercial Properties (ADCP), Relaam is the largest property management firm in Abu Dhabi under Ethmar International Holding.

CEO Manal Fraiwat highlighted robust demand for professionally managed properties across the UAE as a key driver. Relaam currently manages over 50,000 residential and commercial units across 2,000 properties with a portfolio valued at around Dh30 billion and occupancy rising to 94%, up from 87% in mid-2024—indicating growing investor confidence.

Relaam’s recent rebrand marks a strategic shift from local management to regional ambitions, with Dubai being a crucial focus for new partnerships and asset management contracts, especially in mid- to high-end residential and select commercial developments. The firm is adopting digital systems for maintenance, tenant communication, and performance tracking to meet international standards and satisfy institutional investors.

Beyond UAE, Relaam plans to tap into GCC markets including Riyadh, Doha, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman, with selective international expansion thereafter. With rising occupancy and a performance-driven approach, Relaam is evolving into a key regional property management player, leveraging Abu Dhabi’s strong real estate fundamentals and aligning with the Abu Dhabi 2030 vision for sustained growth.
