Dubai Police worlds most agile force accolade came from the Business Agility Institute (BAI), which accredited the force for excellence in organisational agility after a rigorous renewal assessment in May. The evaluation ranked Dubai Police number one globally across policing and wider public sectors, showing a 10-point jump since its first BAI review in 2023.
Assessment and key strengths
The accreditation covered agile leadership, governance, corporate strategy, organisational structure, team management, cultural collaboration and change management, plus alignment with government and international excellence standards. Dubai Police excelled by blending agility principles with forward-looking strategies, boosting responsiveness, decision-making, innovation and security service quality.
Major General Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah Al Mualla, Director of the General Department of Excellence and Pioneering, said the honour validates an advanced agile leadership model that turns concepts into people-focused practices, fostering innovation and cementing Dubai Police’s elite global status in performance and readiness.
Commitment to innovation and partnerships
Colonel Abdullah Jassim Al Zarouni, Director of the Knowledge, Innovation and Development Department, highlighted how the force uses data, analysis and proactive tactics to convert challenges into opportunities via smart, flexible models. The achievement drives further investment in human capital, operational evolution and global ties to keep Dubai Police leading in security innovation.
