Mariam Mohamed, a 26-year-old Emirati fashion student and economics graduate, has been crowned Miss Universe UAE 2025, becoming the first Emirati woman to step onto the global Miss Universe stage. Selected from over 950 applicants, Mariam embodies a unique blend of tradition and modernity, combining her passions for falconry, camel riding, sustainable fashion, and global cultural exchange.
With a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Sydney and ongoing studies in fashion design at ESMOD Dubai, Mariam bridges academic excellence with creative artistry and advocacy. Her mission extends beyond beauty to meaningful impact—fighting poverty, empowering women, and promoting peace and community love, demonstrated through her involvement in charitable programs such as Ramadan Aman and The Giving Family Initiative.
Mariam is driven by a vision to inspire a new generation of Emirati women, showcasing the UAE’s values of empowerment, sustainability, and innovation on the world stage. She will compete next month in Thailand for the Miss Universe 2025 crown, ready to elevate Emirati culture and pride globally.
