Operated by Americana Restaurants since 1980, Hardee’s deepens its collaboration with the Rashid Center to empower students through hands-on training.
Building on the successful 2025 Cards of Hope Ramadan campaign, where artwork by Rashid Center children was shared with customers, the internship program delivers a real impact year-round. Students gain valuable work experience at Hardee’s and other Americana restaurant brands, learning food service, customer interaction, and teamwork in supportive environments.
Participants receive certificates of completion, marking their growth and readiness for employment. This programme bridges the gap between education and work, enhancing resumes and bolstering confidence for long-term career prospects.
