Dubai’s ENOC Group, DP World, and the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at WETEX 2025 to explore joint projects across energy, logistics, and infrastructure sectors. This collaboration sets a robust framework supporting Dubai’s economic growth, energy diversification, and infrastructure development goals.
Each partner brings unique strengths: DP World with global logistics expertise, PCFC’s regulatory and infrastructure capabilities, and ENOC’s integrated energy operations. Nasser Abdulla Al Neyadi, PCFC CEO and DP World Group Chief Security Officer, highlighted the partnership as a significant step toward integrating Dubai’s economic and logistics ecosystems, advancing sustainability, and boosting investment opportunities aligned with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
