The Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development (MBRCLD) is partnering with world-leading business schools such as Georgetown University, IESE, IMD, INSEAD, and HEC Paris to launch a major research and education initiative focused on the leadership journey of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

These institutions have signed memoranda of understanding (MoUs) to create specialized leadership programs and conduct in-depth Dubai Leadership Research. This collaboration aims to document Dubai’s remarkable transformation under Sheikh Mohammed’s visionary governance, highlighting his bold decision-making, strategic foresight, and human-centred development philosophy.
