Nakheel, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has launched a prestigious new collection of waterfront villas at Palm Jebel Ali, Dubai’s ambitious island development spanning seven islands and over 13.4 km of beachfront. The release features 11 architecturally distinct villa styles across two collections—The Beach and The Coral—designed in collaboration with globally renowned architects such as SAOTALOCINAGA ArchitectsWATG, and LW Design Group.

The Beach Collection offers elegant five- and six-bedroom villas ranging 7,500 to 8,500 sq ft with minimalist designs like Cyan Sky, Cobalt Beach, and Wave Crest, emphasising expansive glass facades and natural light with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.

The Coral Collection features larger six- and seven-bedroom villas between 11,500 and 12,500 sq ft, with bold designs including Red AuroraPorcelain Roses, and Sunset Mirage that blend indoor sophistication with outdoor serenity.

Residents benefit from direct beachfront access and are located near iconic landmarks like the Zayed National Museum by Foster + Partners, Louvre Abu Dhabi, and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. Convenient pedestrian bridges connect to Saadiyat Grove and Mamsha Beach, integrating art, culture, and leisure within a vibrant seaside community.

Supporting amenities include a 9,000 sqm retail centre and a Friday Mosque designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), accommodating up to 1,000 worshippers and showcasing contemporary Islamic architecture.
