The Ajman building compliance initiative advances with the launch of its second phase, reinforcing safety standards and sustainability measures across the emirate. This effort aligns with Ajman Vision 2030 and aims to elevate quality of life by ensuring buildings meet stringent regulatory requirements.

The Department urges building owners, real estate offices, and property management companies to fulfill compliance obligations by obtaining the Building Compliance Package. The initiative prioritizes preserving building aesthetics while enhancing preventive safety features, including early warning systems, fire protection maintenance, and effective surveillance.
