Abu Dhabi Golden Visa application centre has officially opened at the World Trade Centre Mall, providing a streamlined, one-stop service hub for applicants pursuing the emirate’s prestigious 10-year residency permit. Operated by VFS Global, the centre caters to property investors, high-income professionals, talented individuals, and entrepreneurs eager to secure long-term residency and work privileges in Abu Dhabi without the need for a local sponsor.
The programme primarily targets real estate investors with properties valued at Dh2 million or more, professionals earning at least Dh30,000 monthly, public investors with Dh2 million in investments, and business owners or entrepreneurs meeting specific capital or revenue thresholds. VFS Global offers comprehensive assistance covering eligibility evaluation, document preparation, application submission, medical fitness testing, and Emirates ID processing—all under one roof.
Applicants benefit from personalised eligibility assessments guiding them to the most suitable visa category. VFS Global then ensures seamless document organisation and submission, whether applicants visit the WTC Mall centre in person or apply remotely. Post initial approval, the centre facilitates medical tests with VIP or standard options and manages Emirates ID applications to complete the residency process.
This new service centre reflects Abu Dhabi’s commitment to attracting long-term residents and investors as part of its diversified economic vision, aligning with similar Golden Visa initiatives across the UAE and wider GCC region.
