Abu Dhabi TAMM AutoGov AI public servant was unveiled at GITEX Global 2025, marking a significant leap towards intelligent digital governance. Developed by the Department of Government Enablement, TAMM AutoGov is the world’s first transactional AI public servant designed to handle recurring administrative tasks such as license renewals, bill payments, and healthcare appointments automatically—without requiring user logins or manual reminders.

This breakthrough AI feature forms part of TAMM 4.0, Abu Dhabi’s unified digital platform providing access to over 1,100 public and private services. Users can customize preferences and automation levels, enabling proactive, seamless management of essential services with enhanced personalization and security.

Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, Chairman of the Department of Government Enablement, emphasized that TAMM AutoGov signifies a shift from reactive government to anticipatory governance modelling, positioning Abu Dhabi as a pioneer of AI-native government worldwide.

Additional enhancements in TAMM 4.0 include AI Vision and Smart Guide technologies offering voice-enabled, bilingual (Arabic and English) support for document scanning, error-free submissions, and smart reminders tailored to users’ needs.

The initiative also expands TAMM Spaces—dedicated service hubs focusing on family, mobility, and health—and introduces TAMM Hologram pods to facilitate real-time, holographic interaction between residents and live agents, further personalizing government services.

By integrating with over 90 public and private partners, the TAMM ecosystem enables secure, end-to-end transaction completion within a single platform. TAMM AutoGov aligns with Abu Dhabi’s Digital Strategy 2025–2027, aiming for full AI integration and sovereign cloud adoption by 2027, setting a new global benchmark for digital and AI-enabled governance.
