Dubai has once again been crowned the top global destination for foreign direct investment (FDI), attracting more than 640 high-quality projects in the first half of 2025 alone, according to data from Financial Times – fDi Markets. This achievement marks Dubai’s eighth straight year leading the world in new FDI projects.

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Executive Council, attributed this success to the visionary leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The Crown Prince highlighted the role of transparent regulations, world-class infrastructure, and agile government-private sector collaboration as key drivers behind Dubai’s thriving investment climate.
