Emarat Armenia fuel stations partnership 2025 marks a milestone as UAE-based Emirates Petroleum Company PJSC (Emarat) joins forces with Armenian energy leader MegaTrade to introduce the Emarat brand in Armenia. The strategic alliance aims to develop and operate a nationwide network of fuel service stations that adhere to global standards for fuel quality, safety, and operational performance.
The partnership, formalized in a high-profile ceremony attended by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan and UAE Ambassador Dr. Nariman Mohd Sharif Abdulla Al Mulla, represents a significant development in Armenia’s petroleum retail sector. Eduard Sukiasyan, Chairman of SIL Capital and MegaTrade shareholder, described the collaboration as a new chapter for Armenian energy services.
Emarat CEO Ali Khalifa Al Shamsi emphasized the venture’s focus on trust, sustainability, and customer experience, aligning with the company’s regional expansion goals. The scalable model is poised to generate investments, create jobs, and enhance Armenia’s standing as a regional energy hub.
For Emarat, this deal is a strategic step in expanding its footprint beyond the Gulf, while Armenia benefits from the expertise of an established international player in fuel retail and distribution.
