Nanjing Kenyo 3D printing factory Abu Dhabi 2025, officially launched the groundbreaking of their new Kenyo Tech Middle East 3D Printing Factory in Abu Dhabi’s China-UAE Industrial Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Park. This facility will be the first and largest 3D concrete printing factory in the UAE, strengthening Kenyo’s role in innovative, sustainable construction.

The ceremony was attended by dignitaries including Mr Zou Yonggang, Chairman of Jiangsu Overseas Cooperation and Investment Company (JOCIC), and senior executives from Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD Group), underscoring the project’s strategic importance for the region.

Kenyo’s factory leverages advanced 3D printing technology and local materials such as desert sand to produce large-scale structures at twice the speed of traditional methods, even under extreme heat exceeding 50 degrees Celsius. The company collaborates with Khalifa University on sustainable material research.

The facility will support Kenyo’s ambitious projects including 3D-printed villas and large developments, housing specialized centers for equipment assembly, component manufacturing, sculpture, precast templates, and innovative material R&D.

This expansion meets growing regional demand for eco-friendly, efficient construction solutions and highlights Abu Dhabi’s growing role as a hub for advanced manufacturing and industrial innovation.
