BEYOND Developments has announced the launch of Soulever, a landmark AED 2.6 billion residential development within Dubai Maritime City (DMC). This project marks the company’s seventh launch in just one year, underscoring its rapid growth and the increasing demand for design-led communities.
Soulever comprises two sculptural towers designed by internationally acclaimed architects SAOTA, with interiors by ARRCC. The development will offer 513 residences, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to exclusive four-bedroom duplexes and penthouses, all designed to capitalize on panoramic views of The Forest, The Cove, the Arabian Gulf, and Dubai’s skyline.
The project is part of BEYOND’s ambitious 8 million sq. ft masterplan for DMC, which includes five other waterfront developments: Saria, Orise, Sensia, The Mural, and Talea. Together, these projects aim to create a unique and ambitious waterfront environment, strengthening DMC’s position as a global destination and one of Dubai’s most desirable addresses.
Adil Taqi, CEO of BEYOND Developments, highlighted the company’s vision, stating, “Our vision extends far beyond building towers; it is about leading a new chapter in urban living, one where architecture and nature coexist seamlessly.”
Soulever’s residences are designed with a focus on natural light, spacious interiors, and connection to the outdoors. Signature duplexes feature private splash pools and terraces overlooking the marina, while penthouses offer expansive outdoor living spaces and bespoke interiors. The towers’ façades combine brass and glass elements, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.
Residents will benefit from a range of amenities including swimming pools, spa facilities, a waterfront gym, library spaces, and family-friendly areas. Landscaped terraces and podium gardens provide tranquil outdoor spaces, reinforcing the project’s resort-style living ethos.
Scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028, Soulever arrives at a time when Dubai’s real estate market continues to attract strong foreign investment and infrastructure development. The project reflects broader trends in the city’s ongoing evolution as a leading global hub for luxury living and investment.
