Saudi developer Dar Global, in partnership with the Trump Organization, has announced Trump Plaza Jeddah, a landmark $1 billion mixed-use project in Jeddah’s burgeoning Manhattan District. The development is designed to blend luxury residences, serviced apartments, prime office space, and exclusive townhouses—all anchored by a Central Park-inspired green spine to bring vibrancy to the urban core.
Set along King Abdulaziz Road, Trump Plaza Jeddah is the second Trump-branded project in the city after Trump Tower. The masterplan aims to create a seamless live-work-leisure ecosystem, combining upscale amenities with contemporary architectural design and lush landscaping. It is positioned as a key part of Saudi Arabia’s broader strategy under Vision 2030, to attract international investment and upscale real estate development.
Luxury units and branded residences are expected to appeal to both domestic and international investors. Common areas, green spaces, and high-end retail and leisure options will serve as key differentiators. The project reflects growing demand in Jeddah for mixed-use developments that offer lifestyle value—not just homes. Construction is anticipated to begin soon, with phased completions over the coming years.
