Capital.com ADGM Academy financial literacy partnership will launch a nationwide initiative from 2026 to strengthen financial education, expand digital investment learning, and build a future-ready Emirati talent pool. The agreement between global trading platform Capital.com and the knowledge arm of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) aligns with the UAE’s long-term economic agenda and national strategies.
Internships and talent development
Under the MoU, Capital.com will support 100 internships over the next five years, placing participants not only within its own operations but also across partner organisations in the UAE’s wider financial ecosystem. These placements are designed to expose emerging Emirati talent to diverse, high-impact environments in trading, fintech, regulation and financial services.
The partnership builds on Capital.com’s long-standing focus on investor education, using its library of training resources to co-design specialised programmes with ADGM Academy. The content will be aligned with major national blueprints such as We the UAE 2031 and the UAE Centennial 2071, helping prepare young professionals for roles in a digital, knowledge-driven economy.
Backing UAE’s financial inclusion strategy
The collaboration directly supports the UAE National Financial Inclusion Strategy (NFIS) 2026–2030, led by the Central Bank with input from global bodies like the World Bank, OECD and Arab Monetary Fund, plus more than 70 local stakeholders. One of its core goals is to ensure people across the country have the knowledge, tools and access needed to participate safely in the financial system.
Capital.com’s founder, Viktor Prokopenya, highlighted that financial education underpins inclusion, competitiveness and long-term prosperity, positioning the MoU as a practical contribution to NFIS and the UAE’s broader ambitions. By focusing on digital literacy and investment skills, the initiative aims to give individuals greater confidence to navigate modern markets and personal finance decisions.
Joint programmes, research and industry links
The agreement outlines several cooperation tracks: a joint working group will design and deliver training programmes; both sides will produce shared research and thought leadership; and they will co-host seminars on topics such as fintech, regulation, trading and financial management. Regular training needs analyses will help keep course content aligned with industry demand and workforce priorities.
Mansoor Jaffar, CEO of ADGM Academy and Research Center, said the partnership enables the Academy to expand its offerings and deliver world-class learning experiences for students, professionals and future leaders. By combining Capital.com’s digital trading expertise with ADGM Academy’s established role as a regional centre of learning, the collaboration aims to reinforce Abu Dhabi’s position as a global hub for financial innovation and talent development, while helping create a more resilient, inclusive and financially informed society.
