Amazon has launched Amazon Now, an ultra-fast delivery service in the UAE promising to deliver everyday essentials in as little as 15 minutes, and as quickly as six minutes in select locations. Covering major neighbourhoods like Dubai Marina, Business Bay, and Abu Dhabi Central, Amazon’s new service addresses rising customer demands for speed and convenience.

To ensure rapid deliveries, Amazon has established micro-fulfilment centres within residential areas, reducing delivery distances and alleviating traffic challenges. The service is available 24/7, offering a wide assortment of products including fresh fruits and vegetables, electronics, baby care items, and personal care products.

Prime members enjoy free shipping on orders over Dh25 for the 15-minute service and free 2-hour delivery on orders exceeding Dh100, while non-Prime customers can access the service for a small delivery fee. Amazon also launched a 2-hour delivery service across more than 30 product categories—groceries, gadgets, and more—expanding convenience across the UAE.

This strategic move positions Amazon at the forefront of the UAE’s competitive ultra-fast delivery market, catering to the fast-paced lifestyle of residents in key Emirates.
