Cebu Pacific has launched its 10.10 Super Seat Fest, offering base fares from Dubai to Manila starting at just Dh5 for travel between March 1 and September 30, 2026. Bookings are open from October 7 to 12, 2025. This promotion celebrates the 12th anniversary of Cebu Pacific’s Dubai–Manila route and aims to lock in early bookings for the next travel season.
With regular one-way fares currently between Dh550 and Dh650, the Dh5 base fare offers extraordinary savings, though taxes and surcharges apply. Travellers landing in Manila can connect seamlessly to 27 destinations across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, including city hubs like Clark, Cebu, Iloilo, and Davao.
Cebu Pacific operates a network of 37 domestic and 26 international destinations in Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. The airline also regularly leases part of its fleet to airlines such as Saudi Arabia’s flyadeal to optimize aircraft use during off-peak times.
