flydubai has strengthened its global network by signing seven new interline agreements with leading carriers across Asia and Europe. This expansion boosts the Dubai-based airline’s total interline partners to over 40, enabling passengers access to more than 300 destinations worldwide through seamless combined networks.
New European partners include Aegean Airlines and ITA Airways, expanding flydubai’s reach to key cities like Athens, Madrid, Munich, Frankfurt, Turin, and Venice. In Asia, agreements with Myanmar Airways International, Air China, China Eastern Airlines, Hainan Airlines, and Sichuan Airlines open more than 90 destinations, including vibrant hubs such as Beijing, Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh City, and Yangon.
Passengers benefit from single-ticket itineraries and through-checked baggage, facilitating smoother, more convenient travel connections. flydubai currently operates flights to 135 destinations, with its interline and codeshare agreements enhancing its footprint across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Ghaith Al Ghaith, CEO of flydubai, emphasized the airline’s commitment to connecting people and supporting Dubai’s position as a global aviation and business hub. flydubai’s modern fleet of 95 Boeing 737 aircraft offers a premium travel experience with lie-flat Business Class seats, ergonomic Economy Class seating, globally inspired menus, and extensive inflight entertainment options.
This strategic network expansion further solidifies flydubai as a key player in global aviation, providing greater flexibility and choice to travelers in the UAE and beyond.
