Parkin PJSC, Dubai’s largest public parking operator, has announced the addition of two new paid parking zones in Dubai Studio City (Zone Code 675T) and Dubai Outsource City (Zone Code 812T). The expansion, confirmed via Parkin’s official social media on October 31, includes clear signage to help motorists identify the designated paid parking areas.
The newly introduced T-code tariff system for these zones sets hourly parking charges as follows:
Dh2 for 30 minutes
Dh4 for 1 hour
Dh8 for 2 hours
Dh12 for 3 hours
Dh16 for 4 hours
Dh20 for 5 hours
Dh24 for 6 hours
Dh28 for 7 hours
Dh36 for 24 hours
Monthly and longer-term parking subscriptions are also available for residents and workers in the zones:
Dh315 for 1 month
Dh840 for 3 months
Dh1,680 for 6 months
Dh2,940 for 12 months
This development is part of Parkin’s broader initiative to expand paid parking facilities across Dubai, enhancing traffic management and resource allocation. Earlier expansions include new paid zones in Al Jaddaf and incorporation of 2,100 parking spaces near mosques, where one hour of free parking is offered during prayer times.
