Abu Dhabi construction material testing 2025 advances with the launch of two new specialized services by the Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (QCC) at its Construction Materials Testing Laboratory. These offerings—Polymer Content Testing and Steel Wire Testing—address the growing demands of the emirate’s expansive construction sector by ensuring compliance with international quality standards.

The Polymer Content Testing service provides precise, advanced analysis of plastic materials locally, reducing reliance on overseas testing and expediting project timelines while cutting costs. Steel Wire Testing evaluates critical mechanical properties such as tensile strength, elongation, and hardness to guarantee material durability and safety in construction applications.

These developments come as Abu Dhabi accelerates numerous large-scale infrastructure projects, emphasizing the vital role of high-quality materials in building resilient, safe, and sustainable urban environments. By reinforcing investor confidence and adhering to strict material standards, QCC supports the emirate’s vision for a knowledge-based economy and strategic economic growth.
