KHDA and INJAZ UAE partnership brings entrepreneurship education and financial literacy to Dubai schools, preparing students for a dynamic future. The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) has formalized an agreement with INJAZ UAE—a member of Junior Achievement Worldwide—to launch hands-on initiatives focused on entrepreneurship, work-readiness, and money management in line with the goals of the Education 33 (E33) Strategy.
Through this collaboration, KHDA and INJAZ UAE are rolling out experiential learning and mentorship programs aimed at building students’ entrepreneurial mindset and boosting their job-market skills. Students will gain exposure to real-world business challenges, learn to link concepts with practical opportunities, and develop the confidence and financial literacy needed for success in life and work.
The initiative was signed at a joint event attended by key KHDA and INJAZ leaders as well as students and educational stakeholders. It included a panel discussion on equipping youth with creativity, resilience, and leadership skills for the future economy. Winning student entrepreneur teams were honored, reflecting the city’s commitment to cultivating homegrown talent.
This partnership fits within Dubai’s E33 mission—which aims to place students’ aspirations at the heart of education reform—ensuring every learner gains the mindset and resources to thrive in a fast-changing, opportunity-rich world.
