Belgium-based legal tech firm LEGALFLY has officially entered the Middle East market through a partnership with Seed Group — part of The Private Office of Sheikh Saeed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum. The alliance aims to advance Dubai’s transformation into a digitally driven, resilient economy by deploying cutting-edge AI tools that enhance legal and compliance workflows.

Founded in 2023, LEGALFLY specializes in AI-powered solutions for legal and procurement teams, using machine learning to review contracts, perform compliance checks, and offer policy insights. Its systems are already trusted by global law firms and financial institutions. After rapid expansion in Saudi Arabia through clients like PIF Group and Vision Invest, the company opened its Dubai office at the DIFC’s AI Campus this month.

Seed Group CEO Hisham Al Gurg stated that the collaboration supports the UAE’s vision of building a robust knowledge economy through technological innovation in legal services. LEGALFLY’s CEO Ruben Miessen added that the firm’s entry into Dubai aligns with the region’s ambition to become a global leader in secure AI adoption.
